Tall-Body Portable Ice Bath Tub

NordicWave 2.0

HKD 1,139.00 HKD 1,199.00

You have tried the basics. Now it is time to go deeper; literally. The NordicWave 2.0 is a next-generation portable ice bath built with a taller, wider body that delivers proper shoulder-deep immersion the way it is meant to feel. Reinforced triple-wall panels prevent sagging and keep the tub firm during use, while the deeper chamber means more of your body is submerged for a genuinely effective cold exposure session. If you are ready to move beyond entry-level tubs and want something that performs like a serious cold therapy tool without the price tag of a permanent unit, the NordicWave 2.0 is your answer.

User Guide

Place & Prep

Set the tub on the protective ground mat on any flat stable surface; indoors or outdoors.

Check the Drain Valve

Make sure the drain plug is securely closed before you start filling.

Fill with Water

Fill to the interior fill line using a hose. Given the larger capacity, a hose is strongly recommended over buckets.

Add Ice

Use the included ice scoop to add ice in batches. Intermediate users can aim for 8°C–12°C. Beginners should stay around 15°C.

Attach the Dome Cover

Secure the thermal dome cover above and allow 15 minutes for the water to reach your target temperature.

Enter Slowly

Step in cautiously one leg at a time. As you lower yourself, breathe slowly and steadily through the initial shock of the cold.

Sit Upright & Stay Focused

Keep your posture upright so the water sits at shoulder level. Focus on your breath throughout the session.

Time Your Session

Aim for 3–5 minutes as an intermediate user. Build toward 10 minutes gradually over weeks. Never exceed 15 minutes.

Exit & Recover

Step out with caution, towel off, and rewarm naturally for at least 10 minutes before any other activity.

Drain & Store

Open the drain valve, let the tub empty fully, wipe the interior dry, fold flat, and store in the carry bag.

Cleaning Tip

Rinse with fresh water every 3–4 uses. Use a mild cleaning solution for a deeper clean every 1–2 weeks depending on usage frequency.
