Frigoxelix Operating Agreement and Terms of Service

Frigoxelix operates as a local business exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Our logistical network, delivery capabilities, and support services are designed specifically for this geographic area. We do not accept orders, process payments, or perform shipments to any location outside of Hong Kong.
By utilizing this website, you confirm that you are an individual residing within this region and that your intended delivery address is situated locally. This geographic limitation allows us to remain fully compliant with regional trade regulations and ensures that we can provide a consistent level of service to our local community.
2. Regulatory Compliance and Local Law

We strictly observe the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) regarding the handling of your information. Furthermore, our sales practices are governed by the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) .
We also adhere to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) to ensure that our policies are fair and balanced. Our commitment to these laws ensures that your rights as a consumer are respected and that our business functions with integrity and accountability.

3. Logistical Timelines and Delivery
We recognize that receiving your items in a timely manner is a priority. To maintain a predictable schedule, our delivery process follows a set timeline. Once an order is placed, we require 1 business day to manage the internal preparation, packaging, and handoff to our logistics partners.
Following this stage, the transit process within Hong Kong typically requires an additional 1 to 2 business days. Consequently, the total time from order placement to arrival at your doorstep is between 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that business days are defined as Monday through Friday , excluding public holidays recognized in Hong Kong.
While we strive to meet these windows consistently, actual arrival times may be influenced by local environmental factors or logistical constraints.
4. Cash on Delivery Model
Frigoxelix utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for every transaction. This method is chosen to provide you with the opportunity to receive your package before any funds are exchanged.
We collect the full amount listed on your invoice at the moment the delivery agent arrives at your doorstep. There are no hidden fees, no additional shipping costs, and no extra surcharges added during the process.
The price you see at the final stage of checkout is the exact amount you pay upon arrival. This model also enhances your digital security, as we do not require or store any sensitive credit card data or billing account details on our servers during the online ordering process.
5. Order Stability and Cancellations
Because we initiate the preparation of your items quickly, the window for cancelling an order is limited. You may request a cancellation as long as the product remains within our facility.
However, once the item is dispatched and enters the custody of our logistics providers, the order is considered final for delivery purposes. At this stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been dispatched, you must receive the delivery and then contact us to see if the situation meets our established return criteria.
6. Product Returns and Discrepancies
We offer a 30-day return window that begins on the date your package is delivered. This policy is specifically intended to address instances where an item arrives in a damaged condition or if the incorrect product was shipped to you. If you encounter such a discrepancy, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Send an email to contact@frigoxelix.com within the 30-day window.
- Pickup: We will coordinate a courier to collect the item from your location at no cost to you.
- Assessment: Once the item reaches us, we perform a thorough inspection within 24 hours.
- Resolution: If the inspection confirms a valid issue, we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or the item cannot be fixed, we will initiate a full refund.
7. Refund Protocols via Bank Transfer
Since our primary transaction method is COD, we do not have your banking information on file. If a refund is approved, we will contact you via email to request your bank transfer details.
Once we receive this information, we will initiate the transfer for the full original amount. It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on the internal processes of your banking provider.
We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned under these specific circumstances, ensuring a fair resolution.
8. Finality of Purchase
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind . Our operations are focused on providing specific items to committed individuals. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and dimensions thoroughly to ensure the item meets your needs before placing an order.
By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are sure of your choice and that the 30-day return policy applies only to functional or physical discrepancies as defined in this agreement.
