• Transit Phase: Once the item is dispatched, the remaining 1 to 2 business days are used for transit within the Hong Kong region.

**Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays. **

Q: Are there Hidden Fees?

Transparency is a fundamental part of our business model. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or additional shipping costs added to your order. We operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, where the price you see at the final checkout stage is the exact amount you pay. We collect the full payment at your doorstep, ensuring you face no unexpected billing surprises during the delivery process.

Q: What Happens if I am Not Home?

We recognize that schedules can change. If you are not available when our delivery partner arrives, the courier will typically attempt to contact you via the phone number provided during checkout. In many cases, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled for the following business day at no additional cost. Alternatively, depending on the specific logistics partner, instructions may be provided for collection at a local designated point. We encourage you to be available during the 2 to 3 business day window to ensure a successful handoff.

To fulfill our delivery commitment, we must share specific details with our logistics partners. This includes your name, delivery address, and contact number. This data sharing is strictly limited to the purpose of completing the delivery and is handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) . Our partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the physical transit and delivery of your Frigoxelix order.

2. Operational Boundaries

Frigoxelix operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not provide shipping services to international destinations or locations outside of the local borders. This geographic focus allows us to maintain the integrity of our delivery timelines and ensures that our logistical practices remain fully compliant with regional trade standards.

3. Legal and Regulatory Standards

Our shipping policy is built on the foundations of Hong Kong law. We follow the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), which ensures that items are delivered as described and, in the condition, expected.
