User Guide

Schedule Professional Installation

Given the weight of 219 kg and the seamless water connection requirements, professional installation is strongly recommended. Contact our Hong Kong team to arrange white glove delivery and setup.

Choose Your Cladding Finish

Select your preferred finish from the five available options at the time of ordering. Cladding is applied before delivery and arrives ready to go.

Connect Water Supply

Have your installer connect the integrated fill and drain points directly to your home's water supply and waste outlet for a seamless, hose-free experience.

Download the App

Set up your companion app account before powering on. Follow the in-app pairing instructions to connect the PinnaclePlunge Signature to your home WiFi network.

Power On & Set Temperature

Plug into a grounded 220–240V outlet and use the app to set your desired starting temperature. First-time users should begin at 12°C–15°C.

Wait for Target Temperature

Allow 1–3 hours for the system to bring the water to your set temperature depending on starting conditions and room environment.

Enter Using the Access Step

Use the concealed access step to enter the tub smoothly and safely. Lower yourself in steadily and focus on slow, controlled breathing.

Time Your Session

Advanced users can aim for 5–10 minutes. Always set a timer before getting in and never exceed 15 minutes per session regardless of experience level.

Exit & Recover

Use the access step to exit cautiously. Dry off and rewarm naturally for at least 10 minutes. The storage drawer keeps your towel right where you need it.

Filter Maintenance

Replace the particle filter monthly and the UV bulb every 12 months as prompted by the app. No chemical processing needed for regular solo use.

Water Changes

Change the water fully every 2–3 weeks with regular use. The seamless drain connection makes this completely effortless.

Cleaning Tip

R Wipe the cedar exterior with a dry cloth regularly. Use a soft damp cloth for any marks on the cladding; avoid soaking the wood directly with water.
